Vintage Car Engagement Shoot on the California Coast
From the moment Shay and Stratton arrived at our photoshoot, their joy and love was so apparent. Stratton grew up in Southern California, and we felt that Santa Barbara would provide the perfect backdrop for the vintage car engagement session. We spent the whole afternoon exploring the coast, enjoying the views, and ended the day with a late night dinner together. I always feel so lucky when my couples and I just *click*.
Shay and Stratton decided to bring along a baby yellow vintage convertible to their session, and I could not have been more excited. The car brought an extra layer of charm, nostalgia, and playfulness to their session. The vibrant yellow hue of the car beautifully complemented the glowing sunset. The rugged cliffs and sandy beaches that line the Santa Barbara coastline provided the perfect canvas for capturing their love.
As a Santa Barbara wedding photographer, I feel grateful to have been a part of their journey, and I can hardly wait for their wedding later this summer!
